Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At Vendica Shop, we want our customers to be satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange, or within 7 days for a refund. Vendica Shop has a no refunds policy on Shipping costs.

Call us on 1-866-502-1918 for a return authorization number. Return Authorization numbers are good for 14 days. Pack the item in a double box, including its original packaging (including all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to us. Products in "as new" condition will receive an exchange or refund for the full value of merchandise.

We will gladly pay the return shipping charges on defective items.
